I lost about $5000 on this one but have been out of it for a long time now.
Have been following the story for the past two years but at a distance for a while now
$5000 is alot for me but I have been able to make it up through lots of study and hard work finding good companies -not easy in this market.
I feel sorry for those who were sucked into this as I know there are some on here who lost $100,000's
This one is so bad class action could be in order as the blatent coverups and deciet could be easily documented. I am not sure how far you could actually get, but these directors need to be held to account as what has happened here is far more than just negligence, back luck or market conditions
They need to be held accountable for all the lives they have affected
