You're sounding desperate VD. First the compulsory acquisition argument. ( you do realise how stupid that comment was, surely) now you're stating that Charlie thinks we are in a weak legal position because he states that the judge may feel some human emotion. While the judge is required to act within the boundaries of the law, you're honestly telling me that no judge has ever had their judgement swayed within those boundaries because of prevailing emotion? There's some long bows you're drawing. And if ever your agenda wasn't clear ( it was from day 1) as this case draws to a close, you are " inadvertently" spelling it out for all to see.
