Dont go blaming pharma and customers for the cavalier behaviour of the board and senior management who thought they could spend all their money from investors. All their money raised through loans and customer/development agreememts and think that their devices are simply too important to be allowed to fail ( ie too big to fail)
What demented board would expose their customers to financial and device risk time and time again and still expect wveryone ti swimmingly handover more noney when they have delivered nothing but a protype...not a device off a validated production line.
Always being broke and represnting that they customers need to put their hands in their pockets so that they can prop ip a "supplier" for them to be highly profitable on their back after years of the aupplier spending like drunken sailors!?!?!?!
To think Orbimed are some sort of charity or philanthropists....UNS flat out were given every chance and they blew it and left themselves exposed.
Ryan and the other hacks botched releases etc stopping them from raising funds through share placement with existing holders? Please...nobody gets to that position being that silly and the actions of the board are what need to be questioned...not the opportunism of those that picked through the pieces.
Gutted for so many investors and staff that gave so much and patients who will never see the benefit of devices
