Oh I don't doubt that for a looong time Unilofe had the best efforts of folk to get this over the line.
Not to say their strategy was right, or even remotely well executed but I do believe they threw in their best efforts
The whole push AS out was IMO even a good idea. The announcement with no substance behind it that he was being investigated, the not complying with listing requirements that stopped a share offering to raise funds etc along with the Cayman fiasco all stinks.
It all goes wrong when they pay (was it) 300k bonus etc when the thing is being driven full speed into the rocks on the coast and I cant believe that many people are incompetent to have made a mess of simple company governance. It just smells bad
