We all knew this way back

We knew this last year from Ferrier Hodgson Home Page. MBN was put onsale but all offers
were so low, there is no return to ShareHolders,  But was Mirabella sold?  nope. It was put on
C & M. We had news that Mirabella will resurface in Canada Stock exchange under the previous
owner of Mirabella meaning original share holders. There was no official announcement that
Mirabella has been sold and bought nor taken over by Creditors as New Owners. Now who owns
Mirabella then????
