Thats Right, If it was liquidated in 2016 , we will have reports on how much it was liquidated.
If it was sold to pieces, all the bulldozers and all assets, we will get announcemnts of a sale
but we did not get any sale announcement. Yes The liquidation value of MBN in 2016 is of no return to investors because the offers were too low at a PoN 3:20/lb. Therefore Liquidation was put on Hold
and Mine was put in C & M.
If its not sold and the mine is still intact in perfect working order under C & M,we are still
part owners as share holders. Now they can liquidate it by putting an open sale process and see
What offers we get. If offers is less or equal to 250M then we can all rest in peace, we dont get a
return. At 300 Million US dollars offer, we will get 8c which is the sp before suspension on a net
sale after debt of 50 Million US . Thats right Megagem, we cant be shafted when there was no sale.
There was no sale, if there was, who bought it?
