The target depth is 16,000 feet (4,900 metres) and it is anticipated that it will take approximately six weeks to reach this depth. All Kilgore’s costs, for this turnkey drilling programme, have already been paid. This is the seventh of ten targets that the Company has either drilled or is in the process of drilling. All costs for these drilling programmes have been paid for. In addition costs associated with the Company’s eighth drilling target, the Skimmer project in Texas state waters, have also been paid. It is anticipated that Skimmer will spud early in first quarter 2009. The Company has also paid all completion costs in respect to its three commercial discoveries to date. The Alford project will commence production this month, with the Stary and Upmach projects to commence production in January 2009.
