...so while Scomo was watching his electoral dial closely, he wasn't on the ball on a lot of issues that mattered or rather wasn't all that interested until it threatened his prime ministeralship and how could we forget

* Missing in Action (MIA) during the worst bushfires to hit Australia and says he does not hold the hose
* Totally clueless on how to manage the pandemic , Scomo was bent on following the Boris Johnson model, Measured and Balance but it was the State Premiers that saved the day for Australians which he saw working and decided to ride on their coat tails of success, because to him, Economy mattered more than people's lives and health
* Slow on quarantine
* Slow on vaccines , because his focus again is on manufacturing the Astra Z vaccine locally (again Economy)
* Absent and slow in addressing Covid at age care, how many of our old folks died an unnecessary death
* Slow on rapid antigen test order and no consideration to even offer them to those who could not afford
* Treated fellow Australians trapped abroad like they didnt belong to this country in a draconian border policy that however could be bent and compromised for mates, business people and right wing celebrities
* Slow to provide assistance and financial support to NSW and Qld flood victims
* Sleeping on his wheels or rather ignored ministerial misconduct in Parliament (Porter, Tudge) and doing everything they could to hide the issue
* Squabble with coalition partner over climate change policies that has not ended
* Sleeping on the wheel again in foreign relations with our Pacific neighbours to allow China to sign a security agreement with Solomon Islands
* Neglected cost of living issues for the ordinary Australians including the worst wage growth period of any Govt over the last decade because LNP is all about big business
* Committed a huge $38B mistake in giving JobKeeper money to big businesses including MNCs that should not have qualified and worst failing to clawback that sum- how good a Treasurer we have!
* Showed little to no understanding and empathy to women issues

But quick when it came to
* Provoking our largest trade partner without diplomatic finesse that resulted in billions in loss exports (wine, barley, lobster etc)
* Engaging in wide variety of rorts from sports rort, land rort, car park rort, and variety of pork barrelling
* Awarding $1.1B contract to an inexperienced Aspen Medical to procure and supply PPE and manage aged care operations that ended in failure during the pandemic

The current LNP only has its eyes, ears and heart on $$$ and economy above everything else, above Health, above Integrity, above Climate, above Crisis impacting ordinary folks, and even then they cant do anything right when it came to Money because they have wrong and self interested priorities! It needs to badly look itself at the mirror and needs to suffer a loss to be able to reinvent themselves (if they could).
