Despite how cheap micro caps and small caps have become, it is way too risky to be buying into a falling knife.

AMS and CAT shows just how brutal the fall can be even after falling substantially earlier on.

It is tempting to buy and thinking its a bargain, but it is still early days.

What you tend to see with micro caps is that they can go down a lot more than you expect it to, and that their underlying fundamentals becomes murky in an uncertain environment, so they tend to overshoot...but once the Coast is Clear, they would move sharply higher to correct the overshoot.
