A reflection of what I've said before..
Market participants tend to be looking at where prices (stocks and underlying commodity prices) go in the very short term and make decisions accordingly....without enough forward looking line of sight of what prospects lie ahead. They continue to wait for the event to arrive and then still do nothing. The best opportunity to lock in gains is when everyone is still buying (the sector) and few selling. Because in a bear market, Everything Will (eventually) Fall.
