How much forward looking line of sight do you want? Coal has been above $100 usd for 13 months now and still rising. Oil above $75 usd for 11 months now and still rising.
When there is a buyer there is also a seller, so there's no such thing as everyone still buying and few selling. Makes no sense. I know what you mean, but explain it properly. If SP rises too sharply, expect a pullback yes.
