..despite lower lows and lower highs, generally Wall St remains bullish on the oil sector,...because they're up to their waist deep.
..so while they're talking up the energy sector, who is selling?
..market participants are moving off and locking profits here , even higher profits did not drive their share prices higher because markets do not anticipate they can be repeated with a much slower economy if not recession going forwards.
