Some inexperienced thoughts on the various gold stocks...
NST or EVN looks like a great hold if you were in some time ago, however in my opinion to buy in now is a bit like buying bluechip stocks like the banks or BHP - I cannot see a significant upside in the share price, whereas with some of the smaller gold producers or explorers, such as BC8, you can get both insurance if the economy tanks and gold prices fly up, as well as the upside risk exposure to that player improving their operations, finding new deposits, etc.
Money where my mouth is, I am a holder of BC8 as of last week.
