Just an observation - selling at the start of day (on a bad day) tend to be poor decision for sectors that find love in the market while tend to be better decision for sectors that are unloved.
Too many traders doing their ins and outs , for quick gains, and panicky market participants who bought as investors pull out as they create volatility they can't stomach.
If stock valuation is not rich and better still cheap in a vibrant and potential sector, need to stomach short term volatility for much bigger gains ahead. That's why I am not in stocks that does not have potential to make a bagger (at least) in a very low equity exposure portfolio on an overall basis.
