    ...RBA's move and the UN's call to central bankers not to raise rates but have price controls instead as all trying to weigh on the Fed to moderate their stance.

    ...for some time I've indicated price controls should be considered at least for staple foods and the UN has a good point, only wish they are better at resolving world conflicts.

    ...so we think the Fed will pivot because everyone is crying out loud to do so? When they've consistently said they only will do so based on evidence of the data. So what makes them look like if they can cave in to public outcry?

    ...this is what being hopeful is, RBA move lifts hope of Fed easing. Since when does the Fed listens to RBA, lol.

    Wall Street rallied for a second straight day after softer US economic data and a smaller-than-expected interest rate increase by Australia’s central bank stirred hope that the Federal Reserve might temper its aggressive rate rises.
