    Apple warns COVID-19 restrictions limiting iPhone 14 production

    Apple has warned COVID-19 restrictions at its iPhone assembly facility in Zhengzhou, China, have temporarily impacted iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max production.

    “We continue to see strong demand for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models. However, we now expect lower iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max shipments than we previously anticipated and customers will experience longer wait times to receive their new product,” the company said in a statement.

    Nasdaq futures are down around 0.7 per cent on the news.
