It is difficult to gauge what has really factored into the US markets- has a partial trade deal been factored amidst the optimism in the last 24 hours, if so, an announcement of such a partial trade deal may well receive a neutral market response or at best a kneejerk positive reaction. It would set a positive tone but I don't see POTUS settling for anything short of a more comprehensive deal for him to unwind the imposed tariffs.
