1Ronnie I agree with most what you say but then add the huge gains on Hardman and the like. I am not saying by and hold forever what I am saying is buy when no one is interested but you know they have found somehting ( not hope but know ) and wait a few years for the production $$$ to start and a rerate occurs. Then think about selling as the gas only lasts so long from any one hole - 5 to 7 years say at good $$. Sometimes less.. In STX's case the production is a few months away and thus the billionaire's late interest. There is also the matter of a fairway... yet to be tested, but others results suggest more finds to come.
