Bombed-out beauty and skincare roll-up BWX has landed in voluntary administration, after Street Talk revealed its lender CBA’s decision to stop relaxing covenants that expired on March 31.

BWX shares are down 97.4 per cent since their peak in January 2018.
FTI Consulting’s Kate Warwick, Joe Hansell and Kelly Trenfield were appointed voluntary administrators on Monday evening.

The administration included the Australian business, but left out the US unit and the Go-To Skincare business for which BWX would continue to run a sale process.
