IOUpay Limited (IOUpay or the Company) announces that Mr Daniel Walley and Mr Philip Carter of PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia (PwC) have been appointed as voluntary administrators of the Company (the Administrators) earlier today. This action has been taken as the Company has a number of outstanding debts that are due and payable, and has no reasonable prospect of being able to pay them under the current circumstances.
