I agree that specific situations can be great exceptions compared to the average. Already made 100% plus on AEI and TTT in quick time and free carried now if the worst happens. Each over sold already and simply took advantage. For some stocks the crash has already happened like them and recovery from that can be a big % gain in short time.

Yes, they can fall again.

Some people hunting cheap lithium stocks now, but I prefer to stay out. Oversupplied plus Chinese manipulation.

Property is a basket case and the associated debt with that the real problem which will have a contagion effect onto stocks sooner or later.

The cycle for individual stocks or property are too hard at the moment , I think the following is good ( investing in an index fund is lower risk than owning a few individual stocks. Dividends, interest and capital gains are paid out to investors regularly
