From the Chart below, you can possibly make three conclusions:
1) The US markets are now trading at PE levels higher than the 2008 peak just before GFC but still well below the dot com peak
2) Low interest rates are what really underpins this rally.
3) When the next Big Kahuna arrives, a fall magnitude in order of 60% or higher is within realm of possibility
