....Tim Goyder strongly wanted the $3 LTR takeover offer from ALB as he believed it was a good deal and recommended shareholders to take it. But the cult LTR HC forum strongly believed and communicated that it ($3 deal) was undervaluing the company as if they knew better than Tim himself. And ironically while Gina R 'torpedoed' the deal and in retrospect resulted in the big damage to the stock price, long term holders continue to hold her in strong regard, and even hoping she would resurface to buy them out again at $3!
