....all time highs is rather meaningless unless you are in the large cap non-resource stocks but even then, the large caps are driven higher out of narrow breadth, and getting overstretched.
The Equal Weighted S&P 500 $RSP has declined against the market cap weighted S&P 500 $SPX in 15 of the last 17 days - incredible!
