That fund manager forgot about human behaviour which is very very slow to change. Especially the reptilian parts of the human brain.
This is why the Nobel Prize winners came acroppa. Should never have got the award in the first place.
In markets there is very little corporate memory. The wisdom of crowds does not apply here.
