2022: market rose slightly from Q4 21 then consolidate before falling in Apr-May sinking into the depths of Sept before the Q4 rally into the new year
2023: Q4 22 rally consolidate in lower bound before sinking into depths of Oct then Q4 rally again
2024: Q4 23 rally continued into March then consolidation began....next move likely to zigzag lower into Sept-Oct and Q4 rally again(???)
Based on this pattern, this may be ASX winter hibernation from July to October 24, take a 4 month break from the market, and see what happens next. Stay in it, and potential inflicted pain would bound you to stay in the market and be subjected to an overdue US market correction.
