The last 2 recessions began accelerating in June.
If history repeats, the data we see in August will show a rapid deterioration of the economy in July.
It will be undeniable by that point.
....Wall St has too much vested interest to want to declare that the soft landing narrative is in trouble.
....Let me be clear- I don't hope for a recession, I don't want one either but it is not for me to control.
Most people won't want to entertain the thought of its possibility and to come to terms with it to better prepare because it is against their vested interests. No one gains from it, everyone loses but the ones who recognise it earlier than others could stay out of harm's way.
