CER listed 17Aug05 traded at $1.49 rose to over $2.00 over the next few years, then a period of turmoil saw it drop to ~3 cents and it last traded at 32 cents before being delisted.
CER underwent a restructure 2Dec11 and the result was a new entity which traded as CRF. However CER security holders were entitled to; 1 CRF security for every 5.29 CER securities if they wished to participate.
The new entity CRF traded between ~$1.80-$2.10 but as mentioned CER shareholders had to give up 5.29 shares in CER to get 1 CRF share.
To suggest that CER went from 2 cents to $2.00 is wrong——it didn’t!----CER was delisted and stopped trading at 32 cents.
