    THIS IS INSANE:
    Call options volume in Russell 2000 ETF of small-cap stocks spiked to the highest EVER,
    This comes after the index rallied by a HUGE 3.8% on Thursday.
    Everybody is pilling into small-caps as the US economy is rapidly slowing. What could possibly go wrong?
