I've read so much about US debt that it's doing my head in, but in all this hysteria I haven't seen anyone lay out a plan in a world where everyone seems to have an opinion about everything

Where do they start and how is this ***'bunch of grapes' ever going to be untangled?... all the intertwined financial transactions?
