It’s an election year, the US Govt won’t let the market crash.,
If it was all within the US Govt’s powers to prevent a market crash, we would not have had all the big crashes of 2000, 2008 and 2020 having occurred during election years.
More likely, earlier exuberance that led to market bull rally due to positive sentiment around election years finally caved in to market correction as market advance got over the top and economic conditions deteriorated.
