    ....if it wasn't for Govt jobs propping up or masking payroll data, unemployment would have been a lot worse.

    On top of recent 800k+ downward revisions to non-farm payrolls this last year, 'government' is contributing an unusually large share of those remaining jobs gains. What does this typically portend...
