Domino’s hit with class action

Shares in Domino’s Pizza are falling this morning, following news of a class action from shareholders.
The class action alleges that Domino’s engaged in “misleading or deceptive conduct and breached its disclosure obligations” regarding the performance of its Japanese stores.

Earlier this year, shares in Domino’s tanked 30 per cent after the company revealed a weaker outlook for its Japan segment.
This morning shares are 2.3 per cent lower at $29.24.
