Yes, pockets of volatility (up and down) across a spectrum of assets as market participants outside of America sees the world a different place from those within America.
Gold lost its fear premium momentarily as funds rush into equities ditching the fear trade. As you may have already noted from notes from this thread cautioning that the gold stock trade is hugely volatile, gold stocks lost everything they gained the past month in very short notice.
The worse is to lose money while the US market goes gangbusters as it happened, I know the feeling even being largely sidelined.
This man Trump never ceases to amaze -after 8 years of "mental torment", another 4 more (hopefully less) is agonising. We can blame the present administration's incompetence of not being able to put him away behind bars despite all his misdemeanors and how despite his character flaws, he could coalesce the wider public into his fold - some superhuman powers that is.
