....If Trump 2.0 does not know how to look after his own market, there could come a time when Asian markets like China, HSI do not follow Wall St's lead. I see that Hang Seng is +0.60% today shrugging off Wall St's weakness while Nikkei, ASX down big.
....and this is exactly how US could lose its lead to China. You don't mess around with international funds....we saw how HK paid a big price back then in 2020-22 and now have almost clawed their way back.
...international funds get spooked when HK started looking like China,...now US is starting to look like Russia. Perception and narratives matter, even if reality is yet to be certain.
