    ...you can see that America is living on borrowed time, whatever they can't pay, their loans are repackaged and financialised so they pay instalments on to whomever who buys those loans (with a promising return), and soon even these instalments can't be paid and those investors would be facing default and the value of their loan assets gets marked down to almost zero.

    ...the borrower never gets to pay his/her debt as those packaged loan products sold to investors who either ends up losing it all or you get another Fed bailout that buys them.

    ...goes to show that the hard lessons of CDO (collateral debt obligations) from the subprime crisis have been forgotten or not known by a new generation.

    ...that day of reckoning arrives sooner the higher for longer interest rates stay. Trump 2.0 radical drastic actions to "extort" $$$ from foreign countries to desperately save America reflects the dire straits that America is in.
