Would be interesting to see how major US tech companies address the challenges ahead of them:

    TESLA
Morgan Stanley warned Tesla shareholders the stock's fall could be a "self-fulfilling" prophecy for further declines. Tesla "faces liquidity pressures due to its large negative free cash flow and the pending maturities of convertible bonds" a Moody release said Tuesday. THe company's shares declined 22 percent in March on concerns over a fatal car crash in Claifornia last week and worries over its Model 3 production rate.

    AMAZON
President Trump seems to have a grudge against Amazon and Jeff Bezos as Bezos owns Washington Post which has not been too kind to Trump. IF Trump finds an avenue to impose anti-trust regulation on Amazon to break it up that would be disastrous on Amazon and Nasdaq.

    FACEBOOK
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigating Facebook in a probe to determine how data from 50 million Facebook users was obtained by Cambridge Analytica and whether the transfer violated pledges the company made to settle an earlier privacy case. Investigators can also consider whether it misled users and violated rules governing data shipments between Europe and the US. Facebook faces a potential fine of up to $40k per violation per day which can quickly add up to billion(s) with millions of users involved plus the Facebook franchise could potentially go downhill if they are found guilty.

    NVIDIA
Nvidia shares suffered its third worst day since 2011 as it pulls test car off roads after pedestrian death in Uber collision.
