Gold - Are We There Yet?

1. USD Gold continues with its positive upward trajectory
2. So does AUD Gold
3. DXY continues to trade sideways
4. BTC/Gold plunged 11% underscoring BTC's meltdown over the weekend- will money start flowing into Gold now?
5. Gold/DXY continues moving higher - positive
6. XGD/Gold also continues to move higher , reflecting stronger and positive sentiment on gold equities

There are two significant developments over the weekend which could be gold positive -
1. Revelation that China could be encouraging more gold buying to possibly support a digital yuan (backed with gold?)
2. The collapse of crytocurrencies would send a strong message that while this may be perceived as the new safe haven but it is not stable and prone to massive volatility periodically and could be a bubble waiting to implode.
