Do you believe Australian Real Estate is "frothy" to borrow a stock market term? I'm curious if you think it would be safe to exit the stock market and go into real estate?
Or do you believe it is due for a major correction in major cities like Sydney and Melbourne?
Or do you think there is still room to keep going to loftier heights, further increasing the price to disposable income multiple?
