I don’t think Victoria should be put up as a poster child of how best to manage COVID outbreaks. NSW have shown itself to be superior based on previous management than most states. I’d certainly give them benefit of the doubt at this point and back it’s continued ability to manage outbreaks with minimum possible disruption, showing proportionality... Something Victoria hasn’t shown to be frank..
If it fails on this outbreak, they should be rightly admonished as required.
