Phase B denotes that lockdowns would be limited and only if absolutely necessary. Cynic in me suggests Premiers and their ultra cautious CMO’s will still take a cautious view on any new cases and that lockdowns in reality will be a widespread part of life even if vaccination rates are 70-79%. Hence, will Australia ever get past its culture of being ultra cautious and implementing state lockdowns? I think it’s a reasonable question to ask because I question how realistic these vaccination / release targets are when it comes to the crunch of Ptemiers making calls when new cases emerge in these 70-79% rate environments.

Done, sealed and to be delivered. Scomo has agreed. Now the ball is on the court of those unvaccinated to get us across the line.
The question is Will They?
