and in addition, the state has to reach 70-80% as well (not just the country as a whole) but bigger freedoms in store for the vaccinated (no plane travel, no footy matches , no pubs, perhaps even no access to some offices for the unvaccinated?) and who knows maybe the vaccinated gets a tilt at a national lottery as well.
