The only reason why failed Microcaps can stay afloat longer than their business prospect suggests is because they are able to sucker newbie shareholders to take up rights and sink more good money after bad. And when they look at the share price being 1 or 2c , they think it must be cheap, failing to realise that the company could have a very bloated share register in the several billion shares. Getting 1c higher from 1c can sound easy giving 100pc return but in reality it is harder than one can hope. And pure GAMBLING!
