So if the stock markets can remain high, our super accounts would recover , home prices may not fall as much and perhaps not at all, job losses may not be as serious and confidence could return. All good, we are safe even if we do not participate and not make as much as others do. But if the disconnect ends, then all those things I mentioned above may sour and the last thing you want is another big loss (from the markets) to add.
Let's hope we stay up though I am not betting on it.
