Dec 14 could be when global markets celebrate and spike sharply higher into the year end.
This latest development augurs well for global markets.
Money flows may well move more into equities despite the greed indicator because an electoral vote affirmation for Biden alongside a Trump concession would be greeted with euphoria by the markets. Uncertainty would be removed and safe havens would not be top of mind at that point.

Trump will leave White House if electoral college votes for Biden

US President Donald Trump says he will leave the White House if the electoral college votes for Joe Biden.
In his first question and answer with the White House press pool since the November 3 election, he said the electoral college voting for Biden would be "a mistake" but indicated he would concede to the result.
Electoral College electors in each state won’t vote until December 14.
Certificates recording the electoral vote results in each state must be received by the president of the Senate and the archivist no later than December 23.
