The tone of my post was exactly how I intended it to be. I'm not to be all sweet and cheery when people are crying poor because they lost money in the market. Another thing you learn early on in finance is cycles. Although no one seemed to think the one of the last 15 years would end.

I'm not talking about diversifying in the case of stephen mayne and buy one of everything on the menu please or even one from each sector. If you have more than 4-5 stocks I'd say your practicing diversification without even knowing it, or knowing it but still believing it's a dirty word.

Broker research much like your own can only go off what the companies release, and we all know how forthcoming BNB have been with info over the years....
