sorry for the delay. No i don't think that all the payphones need to be replaces with webphones purely because of vandalism worries. In a perfect world it would be a huge bonus especially in the middle to lower socio-economic areas where smartphones are not likely to be plentiful. Unfortunately vandalism is rife so I guess we will have to be satisfied with the payphones in high traffic secure areas being replaced.
