Interesting that they don't get an INDEPENDENT valuation done...?? Their only real reasons for why shareholders should accept are "represents a significant premium to recent historical prices" and "ä cash offer that delivers certain value for your shares".
There is no mention of whether the historical prices were deemed to be full value...or undervalued at the time!!
And "Certain Value" simply means the amount you accept at that point, it does not mean good value.
What ever happened to an offer being presented as "Fair and Reasonable"?
