My thought for what they are worth would be for a takeover to happened or to have legs it would have to be hostile bid which is very hard to do. I'm a person that has had takeover talk at least once every month, in many many years at OXR.if I was paid $1 for every takeover rumour which turned out to be baseless whispers and had to pay $1,000 for every takeover rumour which became fact I'd be a very rich man indeed.

But haven't GRAM a blocking stake so no-one else can really make a serious takeover offer and if GRAM aren't buying (witness the lack of substantial holder notices from GRAM and the rest of the known universe :-)) then it's hardly likely that anyone else would.
