I had sent an email on 5th June to Richard Sciano/John Hasleby asking them about the status of permit and the rectifcation issues you had mentioned in one of your earlier posts. John's response dated 7th June is reproduced below:

"Your email prompted me to contact the case officer at the BLM re the issue of the Paradox Basin #1 permit. He confirmed that the review is on schedule and there are no issues. Regards John Hasleby"

So apparently there are no issues and everything is on schedule. The problem is we don't know how long this schedule is.
